Contemporary Lifestyles Return Policy

Because Contemporary Lifestyles is a brick and mortar business, we unfortunately do not accept returns due to Buyer's Remorse, incorrect options, sizes, and colors. The customer is responsible to make sure the order is precise. Therefore, as a safety precaution, we call to confirm each order to ensure you get what you want without any problems.  However, in cases where the item is damaged or defective on delivery, Contemporary Lifestyles, at its discretion, may allow exchanges or repairs to the merchandise.

The purchaser is required to inspect all packages and furniture before signing the delivery ticket. If purchaser feels merchandise is defective upon inspection, s/he must contact Contemporary Lifestyles within 7 business days thereof and provide digital photos and a description of the problem. Once Contemporary Lifestyles has determined that the merchandise is defective, Contemporary Lifestyles, at its discretion, may exchange or repair the merchandise.

Before returning any merchandise, you must call or email us and have prior approval and a return authorization number assigned.

You are responsible to pay the return shipping cost* when you return an order for any reason.

There will be a 30% restocking charge of the total sale in the event of cancellation of sale or order by buyer.
